It's no surprise that this year's #1 selling gift is our Davidoff 12 Cigar Assortment. It's been one of our best sellers since we launched it several years ago. The great selection of Davidoff cigars combines several sizes, blends and formats and includes the corresponding tasting notes for each one on the lid. This is a great gift not only for a new cigar enthusiast, but also a seasoned one.

Also, our limited edition cigars are selling rapidly. While our limited editions often sell out quickly, the 2009 releases were much smaller than normal – many with just 2,000 boxes for worldwide distribution which has put the pressure on to get some before they run out. The Griffin’s 2009 Limited Edition is not only a beautiful cigar but also beautiful presentation, in a collectible porcelain jar. The Davidoff 2009 Limited Edition <702> Toro Especial is just about finished, and the 2009 AVO Compañero is equally low in inventory. Finally the Zino Platinum Emperor Edition and the Zino Embassy Edition have really been a big hit in the last few months as they made their end of the year debut.

Cutters tend to be a personal choice, but the best bet, most versatile cutter is the double guillotine, and clearly are customers know that. The Davidoff Double Guillotine Cutter has been our most popular this year. It's elegant and sophisticated and is available in several finishes. While historically the palladium finishes have been more in demand, this year the gold finish has taken the lead.

Lighters have been incredibly popular this year. While we don't have the full range of lighters available online, Torch-style lighters have been very in-demand. The S.T. Dupont Maxi Jet has been our best seller, followed closely by Colibri, Xikar and Lamborghini. The prices on these great lighters range from about $30-$300. Although torch lighters are not available on our website, please call one of our shops or stop in to see our full assortment. We do have our Davidoff Prestige Lighters available online. These beautiful flint lighters are finished in precious metals that match our Davidoff Double Guillotine Cutters and feature the classic "ping" upon opening the lighter's cap.
