This is one of my favorite “anytime smokes”. First of all, they’re great. Rich, and medium bodied with great flavor in a few great formats. They’re also reasonably priced. And finally, they’re made by Davidoff exclusively for the New York Stores, so chances are the host and other guests have never tried one before.

This brand was recently voted as the “most requested cigar brand” in a survey of retailers nation wide by Cigar Aficionado Magazine. The brand, created by the tattoo-covered cigar fanatic Pete Johnson. What started as a simple little line has expanded into an empire of several brands and blends, all manufactured by Pepin Garcia in Miami and Nicaragua. Though it’s long been a part of our humidor selection, it has only recently joined our online selection. Try your way through this great line up of cigars.

Manufactured in Honduras, these smokes are medium to full bodied and feature a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo tobaccos. They’re hearty, but great and are more full in body than “strength”. More ideal for later in the day after a few burgers! Each size smokes uniquely, and my personal favorite is the Creo, although the Magistri is equally excellent and is a limited edition!
