SUMMERTIME
It’s officially summer. Fourth of July is here. Barbeques are hot, swimming pools have been open for weeks, and cigars are being smoked… LOTS of cigars! And with such events come guests… cigar smokers and wannabes alike. For your regular cigar-smoking buddies, breaking out some of your favorites is always a nice gesture. But, we’ve all experienced the agony of seeing some of our prized puros sticking out of a beer can with only 3 puffs gone.
As important as it is to have a well stocked bar to suit all beverage needs, it’s equally important to have the appropriate cigar options for you and your guests to be able to fire up and enjoy a good stogie in-between rounds of Marco Polo and Lawn Darts.
Small format cigars are a good idea to have around at all times. They’re a nice way to introduce some of your friends to cigar smoking, and they also give you some shorter options so you can burn a quick one without being away from the grill for too long. Thicker models will smoke a little cooler and a little richer in the shorter size.
